Second Sunday Coffee

Join us in Taylor Hall after church on the second Sunday of the month for snacks 
and fellowship. Begins Labor Day; Ends Memorial Day.

Super Tuesdays

On Tuesday nights, enjoy a home-cooked meal at 6:30 followed by a class at 7:15. The class is led by the minister and covers a range of topics from Bible Study to selected books. Available September through May. See Calendar for details. 

Choir & Chime Choir


The Choir practices on Tuesday nights at 5:30 September - May with a "pick-up" choir on Sunday mornings during the summer months.


The Chime Choir practices on Tuesday nights at 7:00 and performs several times during the year.
No experience or musical abilities are required. All are welcome to come and make music together.

Presbyterian Women

The Presbyterian Women organize the morning and evening circles, host an annual Thanksgiving Dinner, hold a rummage sale, and participate in regional PW activities. They also participate in several philanthropic projects to help those in need in our community, our state, and around the world. All women of the church are invited to participate.

Mission & Outreach

First Presbyterian contributes well over $30,000 annually to various mission and outreach causes. Among other things, we help to support the work of missionaries in Brazil and Peru. We also contribute to the Presbyterian Medical Benevolence Foundation as well as local charities that provide support for those in need.

Sunday School

Two Adult Sunday School Classes:
•  Class I is a traditional Bible Study
•  Class II is topical in nature

Children's Sunday School for ages 3 through 6th grade

Nursery


Child care is provided during Sunday School for children up to age 3 and during worship for children up to Kindergarten and includes craft projects, songs, snacks, and fun!
